MANSOUR MANSOUR (CEO)
Mansour has over 20 years of experience in planning, developing, building and implementing business and information technology solutions. His expertise has been applied across telecommunications, utilities, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, retail, and government industries.
Prior to starting Javna, Mansour was a Delivery Director for ONEWORLD Software Solutions, where he directed and supported a number of software development projects. His expertise and marketing and sales initiative helped ONE WORLD to penetrate the wireless market, especially in the areas of WAP, SMS, Microsoft CE, Palm, EPOC, RIM, and J2ME.

Previously Mansour worked as a corporate and business planning manager for Qatar Telecom Corporation, the telecommunications carrier for the State of Qatar. Before that, he was in charge of software development efforts for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency. Mansour has also worked at the Oracle Corporation and as a consultant for Detroit Edison, Price Waterhouse (currently PWC), General Electric, and the Ford Motor Company.
