1. Definitions
Parties “You” and “your” refer to any client or entity receiving services from Javna.
Services All products, features, and functionalities provided by Javna through its Platforms, Websites, or Applications, including digital solutions, integrations, automation, and support services. Services may be updated or modified by Javna from time to time.
Site(s) Any websites, platforms, or online services owned, operated, or controlled by Javna, including subdomains, mobile, or localized versions.
Company Content – Documents, forms, templates, guides, and other materials provided by Javna.
Visitor A user who accesses the Javna Platforms but does not register.
Customer A visitor who purchases Javna content or one-time access to Services.
Free Services Certain Javna Services provided at no cost.
Subscription Services Services based on selected subscription plans and time commitments.
Subscription Level The plan or package chosen by the user.
Subscription Period The duration of the selected subscription.
Per-use Subscription Level –Any unused volume associated with a per-use subscription will expire at the end of the Subscription Period.
Any terminology in singular, plural, capitalization, or gendered pronouns is interchangeable.
2. Cookies and Tracking
2.1 Javna may use cookies or similar technologies to improve user experience, monitor usage, and facilitate access to features.
2.2 Partners or service providers may also use such technologies solely to support Javna’s functionality.
2.3 By using our services, you consent to the use of these technologies in accordance with Javna’s Privacy Policy.
3. Content
3.1 Ownership of Company Materials – Javna owns all materials it creates for the Services (“Company Materials”). You may use them only for personal or internal business purposes and may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit them without express authorization.
3.2 Your Content – You retain ownership of all content submitted or uploaded through Javna Services (“Your Content”). By using the Services, you grant Javna a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, or display Your Content solely to provide the Services.
4. Use of Javna Services
4.1 Eligibility
To access Javna Services, you must:
a) Be at least 18 years old;
b) Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts;
c) Use Services only in jurisdictions where Javna makes them available;
d) Provide accurate information when creating accounts or submitting data.
Javna may conduct identity verification, fraud screening, or other due diligence, directly or via authorized third-party providers. Approval of accounts is at Javna’s discretion.
4.2 User Representations and Warranties
By using Javna Services, you represent that:
a) All submitted information and documents are accurate and lawful;
b) You have the authority to upload, process, or manage documents;
c) Your use complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
4.3 Permission to Use Services
Javna grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Services solely for permitted purposes.
4.4 Service Availability
Services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued to maintain functionality, security, or compliance.
4.5 User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify Javna immediately of unauthorized access.
4.6 Communication and Automated Contact
By submitting your contact details, you agree to be contacted via automated channels (SMS/WhatsApp) in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.7 Privacy
Collection and use of personal data are governed by Javna’s Privacy Policy. Javna implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
5. Service Terms
5.1 Eligibility and Approval
Access is contingent upon Javna’s internal verification, identity confirmation, and risk assessments. Javna may deny or suspend access at its discretion.
5.2 Service-Specific Terms
Access may require identity, residency, or document verification, fraud screening, or other security checks.
5.3 User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, maintain account confidentiality, and use Services solely for permitted purposes.
5.4 Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of uploaded content. Javna has a limited license to use content solely to provide Services.
5.5 Service Limitations
Services may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time. Javna does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5.6 Communication
Users consent to receive account notifications, updates, and security alerts from Javna.
5.7 Prohibited Use
Users shall not use Services to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or attempt unauthorized access.
5.8 Liability for Content
Users are responsible for their content and must comply with permitted uses.

6. Restrictions and User Conduct
6.1 User Conduct
You shall not:
a) Upload unlawful or harmful content;
b) Infringe third-party rights;
c) Transmit malware;
d) Misrepresent identity;
e) Attempt unauthorized access.
6.2 Application Restrictions
You shall not:
a) Reverse engineer or modify the Javna Platforms;
b) Remove copyright or proprietary notices;
c) Circumvent security measures.
7. Termination
7.1 By You: Close your account or discontinue use to terminate. Access to content will cease.
7.2 By Javna: Javna may suspend or close accounts at its discretion.
7.3 Survival: Ownership, restrictions, and liability disclaimers survive termination.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amman (Palace of Justice).
8.2 For users outside Jordan – The Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.
9. Force Majeure
Javna is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or technical failures.
10. Liability and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Javna and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms. Javna acts solely as a technology service provider and does not verify documents or provide legal advice.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Javna disclaims warranties and limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Javna may update or discontinue Services at its discretion.
12.2 Waivers or invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.
