- Governing Law
If you are in Jordan:
Your use of the Javna Platforms and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Jordanian law shall apply in all cases.
If you are outside of Jordan:
Your use of the Javna Platforms and these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and federal and local laws, issued in the country. Disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement shall be solely resolved through arbitration.
